With a well rounded experience in operations, HRM and in Marketing for 20 years I developed the capacities of public speaking, excellent communication and people skills, strategic business planning and operations management. During my long career life I had to work with diversified people from medical representative to journalist enabled me to be emotionally intelligent and develop the know how to manage diversification in the organization. Furthermore while delivering HR services to clients I am acquainted with HR practices in different industries and can draw the benchmark for Bangladesh. My long experience in business and marketing strengthen my competency level to perform the strategic level position in a reputed organization.
